Students attend Wimbledon finals weekend
Posted on: 14/07/2025This Saturday, Mrs Good and I had the absolute pleasure of taking 8 students to Wimbledon for finals weekend.
We enjoyed the men’s wheelchair doubles final and the boys' doubles final before heading to Henman Hill to watch the ladies final.
After the final we managed to get a glimpse through to centre court to see the Princess of Wales and then headed round to see Iga Swiatek lift the winner's dish.
The girls had the best time, one described it as "highlight of my year"
Thank you to Mrs Gilbert for winning us the tickets and Mrs Good and Mrs Hearn for organising such an unforgettable experience for us all.
